If you purchased the calculator this year, you can try TI directly as they have been sending replacements in most cases. Their part number is XXBT/KT/B and you can reach them at 800-TI-CARES (800-842-2737). You’ll need the manufacture date, which is etched into the back of the calculator (month and year, at the end of the serial number).
